I have been slowly leaking urine for some time.

I have been leaking urine for a couple years now. Every time I use the bathroom to urinate, I push out as much urine as I can, I shake my penis excessively, and I hold a kegel, but I still piss myself. Sometimes the amount is as small as one or two drops, sometimes it feels like as much as 1 fl. oz.

I have taken all the corrective measures I can think of: I do kegels, I shake my penis, I push all the urine out, and still I leak. How can I fix this problem?

This happens to me too but pretty rarely. Usually it’s when I drink a lot of caffeine it seems to weaken the cut-off valve. I have noticed doing legal routines daily helps this. But since mine is so rare I don’t have much more to offer you for help.

May be some prostatic problem, Saw Palmetto can be useful.

This has been going on for a couple of years and no mention of a urologist. If you haven’t seen one yet, that is where would start. Not everyone likes a random digit in the rectum but, it’s a small price to pay. Better to be safe when it comes to a possible prostate issue.

Happens everytime you urinate and for the last few years then it would be a good idea to see an expert.

I think I can solve your problem. Finish off by using toilet paper to absorb what remains in your pee hole. It will act like a wick to suck out those last few drops.

Press on your taint area and give a strong kegel. It’s what I do to ensure I’m completely empty. It’s a must since I always commando.

I experienced the same thing when I started PE (specifically with jelq routine). And wondered that it may be the pressure at the bottom of the shaft while jelqing (I thing the urethra is located there and I may be affecting this sensitive part) and decided to modify a little bit my “ok” grip, letting the pressure be focused around the sides of the shaft and being gentle with the bottom.

With some rest and practicing the new grip, the problem was solved.
