Use it or lose it.
I love edging and the longer I can edge, the better my orgasm eventually feels, but I gotta ejaculate at the end.
I notice that the more often I ejaculate, the more often I CAN ejaculate and the more orgasms I have on a daily basis, the shorter my refractory period is.
I’m at the point where I can ejaculate and just continue, without stopping and without losing my erection onto the next orgasm.
Conversely, if I haven’t ejaculated or orgasmed in a few days, I find my refractory period increases and I am capable of less ejaculations, reinforcing my belief of: use it or lose it.
I mean, we know this is true when it comes to muscle mass and cardio fitness… why wouldn’t it apply to sexual fitness and ejaculation specifically.
I say this while I’m visiting the old country with my wife and child, staying with family and we haven’t had any privacy for a week, so I’ve ejaculated once this whole last week… so I’m not a happy camper…
