Injury Question And List of Symptoms

I don’t have time now, but I’d like to start logging all newbie injuries into a catalog, and then summing it up into one thread, so future members like me can go straight to it if they ever have any problems.

Like the supplement thread.

Anyway, here’s my injury. I don’t know if it’s PE related.

* Loss of libido (I don’t get morning wood anymore)

* Very Stressed out

* My Flaccids are Stiffer and Smaller Than Used to be

* I think I lost a little erect girth

* I’m sore much quicker than used to be (vein can even be a little painful sometimes)

Advice/Comments/Questions?

You’ve just started and you’re already injured?

Does no one read and follow directions anymore? The newbie routine is designed to prevent injuries. If you’re doing more than the newbie routine, then you’re causing your own problems.

Comments on your list:

Decreased or absent “morning wood” is not a sign of lost libido. Libido is “a Freudian term for sexual urge or desire.” Morning wood has nothing to do with sexual desire. Being “very stressed out” is probably the cause. A stiffer flaccid can be the result of your penis adapting to being exercised. Frequent measurement can lead one to think he’s shrinking instead of gaining. Being sore is part of the conditioning process and may be an indication that you’re doing too much, too soon.

I don’t think you need a list of “injuries” for newbies. Newbies who follow the directions for their first routine shouldn’t be injured. Perhaps what you want is a list of changes your penis might go through when first starting PE, but it shouldn’t be called a catalog of injuries.

Those symptoms sound like you have over done it big time.

I wouldn’t PE for a week and start over on a much much lighter schedule.

And don’t start until all pain is completely gone.

It’s not possible for the penis to get smaller from PE. Erections come in different sizes, as we all know. Temporarily, a person can have smaller erections, but the size always comes back, when the conditions are right, and usually bigger than before.

Dude it’s not from PE. In fact I haven’t started yet.

OK let me clarify, I USED to PE, a few years ago. I started getting light injuries back then, but nothing like this.

I’m on this board to learn as much before starting again. So again - I don’t know if it’s from PE or not, but it’s been going on for more than a year and a half now.

I’m just looking for advice.

Edit: By the way, I tried “light” masturbation the other night, as someone on another site advised me, and the next morning my libido was WORSE, and my softy was even smaller.

I don’t know why that happened.

But I DID get harder than usual doing it. Just the side-effects were weird to me. Similar thing happened when I tried fowfering.

It sounds to me like you are just freaking out. All of the symptoms you described come down to one thing: Being stressed out. I think you need to chill out, take a vacation. Get your life and attitude into a happy place.

When you are all stressed out erection quality is bound to suffer, which could account for an appearant loss of girth and decreased flaccid. As far as it getting sore sooner, I’m not really sure what would cause this. Maybe you could elaborate on the soreness and we could get a better idea of what you are talking about.

ISmell: The thing is, I’ve ALWAYS dealt with high amounts of stress, granted this is just a whole lot worse, but even when I was a teenager before college I had lots of stress and my erections were fine.

The soreness happens usually after I masturbate, and it’s either on the sides or front (near my vein). I’m sure stress could have alot to do with it, I’m not sure though. A urologist I saw last year told me nothing was wrong, even though when he pinched the sides of my penis it hurt.

It seems like the tissue has almost hardened. Even when it’s flaccid. And shrivelled a little, too. Weird, huh?

You DO have access to the injury forum, you just can’t start a thread there.

This may be a stupid question, but I’m going to ask it anyway, when you masturbate, do you do it normally? As in with your hands and not a locker or some other hard object? (Hey, I’ve read reports of guys doing this, its not that far fetched.)

No really, I masturbate with my hands. I might be a bit aggressive in jerking off, but nothing crazy I would think. And you know the weird thing is, when I’ve taken many days off to give it a rest, it seems like it gets WORSE. Or maybe not worse, but it gets smaller.

Maybe it’s a blood-flow problem. Scar tissue?

Well guys I checked out the injury board (sorry for posting again), but I think my ED is due to my poor mental state. VERY poor.

And I think my unit is over-trained as well. VERY over-trained. I think taking Viagra or a Viagra substitute would take the emotional anxiety out of the whole “no morning wood” thing. Any suggestions?

I think I’ll plan on giving myself 12 hours in between masturbating (as alluded to in one of the threads), wrapping with a warm towel, maybe trying some light jelqing to increase blood flow.

The irony is - my dick is messed up from jerking off too much, and I jerk off too much because I’m stressed out all the time.

I’ve always jerked off alot.

I used to jerk off 2-3 times a day or more as a teenager, and I’d only get really sore if I did 3-4+ times.

Nowadays I probably jerk 1-2 times a day. But sometimes I’ll skip a day or two.

Viagra is to help get and maintain an erection when you have sex with a partner. It isn’t for anxiety or morning wood or even masturbation. Viagra isn’t the solution to your problem.

You need to seek some counseling regarding your anxiety. Or see a urologist about your penis problems. No one here can do much for you except listen and make suggestions. It’s up to you to do something and it seems whatever you’ve been doing isn’t working. So you need to seek a professional for help.
