Is my erection tired??
Ive used an esl 40 for quite a while. And i think its my best for PE. Recently my gf moved out but were still seeing each other. Ive taken advantage of the privacy to start clamping. I go 10 mins twice a day every other day. With the esl for 4 to 6 hrs a day in between. I know im used to the esl 40 so the increase is the clamping. Ive only been at it a week. 4 sessions of the clamping. Well..she was here today and it was like squeezing blood from a stone to get a good erection..which i ultimately didnt get. Hard enough to do the job..but no strength in it. Not to mention its been a while without sex and the stress of our current relationship so needless to say i finished before i even got my heart beat up. Question is..is the clamping too much? Maybe just 1 session every other day? My EQ for that matter hasnt been what Id like for quite a while. I guess a second question is..is there a recommended EQ routine here? I havent found any in search. After all, EQ is most important. Who cares about your dick size if its worthless?
