kind of worried about my pc

kind of worried about my pc

so ive started kegeling and i am definitely working it but a problem i have is i remember when i was younger i used to be able to make my dick bounce or even go straight up, now when i flex my pc hard as i can, it just barely moves.

any idea what my problem could be? possibly a physical problem or even some sickness? im hesitant to go to my doctor because i cant make my dick bounce!

im 21 in good shape, and im having trouble keeping erections! please help!

also am depressed dont know if that matters. also it feels as if my pc is disconnected from my penis or the coection is weak. i flex hard and nothing happens :(

No I do not smoke. The worst sexual experience I’ve had has not been very bad at all, just minor embaressing. I am able to stay hard when i’m on top in pretty much all positions on top but the moment that I lay down, for her to get on top, I seem to lose my erection, was kind of embaressing but I don’t think enough to give me real anxiety over time.

I guess I’m just worried because it really doesn’t feel like there is the connection between my pc and my unit that there used to be when I was younger. Is this uncommon or just something you have to accept getting older?

This is probably my problem, I just kind of ruled it out before because I’ve had a lot more stress/emotional trauma than I am going through currently, and I never had problems with erections.

is there ANY condition that would affect the pc muscle/?

If you never had problems before, then that is probably it.

Only one - Bohemian Monkey Disease, but it’s very rare I doubt you have that. Do you do your kegels? If you do kegels your PC is probably not the problem.

I have tried doing kegels recently but I’ve been unclear on the method…I guess you just squeeze hold, release, 300 or so times…depending how mcuh you want. Maybe I’m just having trouble accepting getting old lol…used to have a strong muscle without doing anyt exercises at all.

mach I feel what you are going through. I was in a 6 year depression which started at the age of

twelve.

I never had an erection until I was put on zoloft at the age of 15 and I still couldn’t get it all

the way up. I finally broke out of my depression last year when I started to work out and feel

better about myself. Now at 19, I look forward to waking up with a hard one everyday, instead of

hoping that every time I closed my eyes to go to sleep, that I would never wake up.

glad to hear that you were able to overcome your troubles, holl. hope it keeps getting better for you. do your credit your improvement to anything in particular or just time healing?

It was part time, partly working out more and just working on having a positive outlook on life. I made a checklist on things for me to improve or do. The only thing left on my checklist is to lose my virginity.
