Lasting Long In bed

I know this must have been posted a million times. I have done the searches and have read into kegeling and edging. Is there any other ways to stop premature ejacualtion? I am going to up my kegels number but are there any other ways to lasting longer? Would seeing a urologist know what to do?? Any cremes or breathing techniques that work?? Is it mental? When I am with my girl after maybe 10 thrusts I feel like I have to cum I pull out and squeeze to hold it in and then after I do that I usually can last for about 20 minutes. Any ideas would be apreciated through pms or right here. It’s frustrating me and getting me down.

Sounds to me like you have your problem solved.

Yeah it works but not all the time :( I want learn other methods.

I think they have a specific condom for that.

Yes, there are de-sensitizing creams that will delay your orgasm. Plenty of them. Have you checked your local drugstore?

*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

Try a reverse kegel. I’m not too sure if you know what it is but it’s the feeling you get when you are trying to pee forcefully. You may experience some contraction in your abdomen but the point here is that when you feel the urge to ejaculate, try to push or force a reverse kegel as hard as possible. I’ve tried this during a long masturbation session and it works great. It takes a lot of practice though. You must have a well developed PC muscle to begin with in order to for the reverse kegel to be effective. Give it a shot!

A chain drug store would have them? Like a CVS, Duane Reade or Wallgreens? What section dangleman?

I have inadvertently found that my medication to relieve pain works to delay ejaculation. Tramadal works to stop the pain signal going to the brain, I’ve found that it also interupts the signal to “cum”. In the final analysis, I can only take the Tramadal when I am pretty frisky as it requires a lot more pumping.

I don’t agree with the cream, if it goes on the woman then you have even less chance to make her cum (don’t mean you personally, lol).

I am pretty sure that premature ejaculation has a LOT to do with expecting it and fearing it. I can last a lot longer even if I have just one pint of beer to calm my nerves. To last long in bed, you have to believe in yourself, strengthening your pc muscles will also help you.

May the force (of your hand) be with you. :littleguy

If you use any of the “delay” creams, it is important to use a condom, too, so that you do not numb your partner as well.

There is a specific condom with a delay cream on its inside. Trojan makes it but I can’t remember the name. You can find it in any condom rack of a good sized drug store. I see them often.

So does Durex. You can probably find them online cheaper.

-Still bitter the y2k bug was a dud.

-My dear boy, do you ask a fish how it swims? (No.) Or a bird how it flies? (No.) Of course not. They do it because they were born to do it...

I say desensitizing cream or spray. Put it on prior to you having sex but allow enough time for it to set in or do it’s job, and then clean it off. This will allow you to have that same desensitizing effect without worrying about it getting on her anywhere and making it hard for her to cum. Some creams are tasteless and odorless but those may be little less effective. Sprays to me are the most effective, but most are not tasteless or odorless, so that’s why I suggest you put it on and then wash it off. Just my two cents!

I’ve tried the longer lasting trojan a few years ago, just to try to be studly with my girl. It’s like novacaine on your penis, and it really works, but you really don’t feel a thing… then when you finally want an orgasm its not even that great. So it’s better for her, but not so great for you. Alcohol works too. it numbs you out, so…

Also, just try a non lubricated condom. it’s dull enough to keep you from getting too excited.

Good luck.

The Multi-Orgasmic Man

I think sprays and desensitizing condoms are not the way to go.

The creams, and numbing condoms deprive you of sensation, they don’t necessarily keep you from blowing your load any faster - although some certainly do have success with them - but you can blow your wad in the same three minutes wearing one of those puppies; you just don’t really feel much of why you blew it. At best they are a quick fix, and even then you lose sensation. It’s important to satisfy your woman, but sex should not become a spectator activity as she gets off on your numb unit while you watch. Also, after I tried them I had a numb flaccid - it was weird. Lidocaine on the penis is just a weird feeling. I mean it has a certain appeal as a novelty, but… No, not for me anyway.

Kegels are good and reverse kegels are really good. But what is most important to get over this problem (9 times out of 10) is to really re-train your body and your whole approach with regard to your sexual response. Many of us, when we began masturbating as teenagers, did so as quickly as possible - so as not to get caught. Over time this leads to a quick response, which can be okay if you are by yourself, but if you are with a woman… Well, they just need more time than 3 minutes.

I found a great book that takes care of this problem and then some.

I had a fairly normal sex life prior to finding this book, I could go for ten to twenty minutes and once in a blue moon last a half hour or forty five minutes. There were a few even rarer land-mark occasions where I stumbled on to a marathon session of an hour or so, but I never knew how I did it and couldn’t repeat it at will. That all changed.

In the year 2000 I found a book that I’ve been pushing on people ever since. It is called The Multi-Orgasmic Man: Sexual Secrets Every Man Should Know . It is basically a manual for reshaping the typical paradigm of masculine sexuality. At first I couldn’t get the hang of it, but after a couple of months of trial and error - and really challenging myself to slow down and tune in the subtlties of all the elements of my sexual response - I got it. Man what a difference. You have no idea.

The woman I was living with at the time flipped then next time we had sex. I went for over an hour - came three times without blowing my load and gave her more orgasms in that one session than she had had in a month. It was awesome; total control. And I could do it again the next day. And the next.

It takes some time to re-learn your old habits and such, but… It’s worth it. You have no idea. Seriously.

And, no, I don’t know Douglas Abrams or Mantak Chia. I’m just saying… The shit works.
