I have to give props to Cheeva for posting his “Dick Control” article. I found it to be a much easier to follow than Mantak Chia’s “Multi Orgasmic Man”. I’ve been working toward multiple orgasms and plateauing off and on for the past two years with mixed results. I never got the kegeling at the PONR down correctly until I read his article one night last week. That night I found out what I had been doing wrong .. At the PONR I had been doing a pushing kegel instead of pulling kegel .. That was the missing key.
Anyhow, I can now claim to be multi-orgasmic, and I just wanted to say thanks for the post Cheeva.
