Lump on back of penis

I been using bathmate and PEing for about 3 weeks. This morning I had a hard boner and all of a sudden a bump formed on the underside of my penis almost by the glands. It looks like a vein and I can feel it its kinda hard both when flacid and hard. Could it be a lymphocele or buildup of fluid? It doesnt really hurt only if I push on it really hard.

Not a donut. Its there in a flacid and erect site. When I touch it it feels like a pea.

Sounds like a lymphocele, I had one below the glans that ran horizontal about half an inch like a vein. I believe It was originally formed/irritated by masturbating after PE, but this was back before my penis was well conditioned. I noticed that I could get it to drain temporarily if I got a good erection and pushed on it for about five seconds while doing a kegel, then relaxing and repeating about ten times. Masturbation irritated it more than continuing PE, so I went really gently on the batin’ and ignored it until it went away in about 2 weeks.

Yeah its really annoying. If I push on it I don’t get any drainage it just feel like a little rock.

Sounds like a cyst. Sure that it has born suddenly? Perhaps it’s just that you didn’t notice it was growing?
