Good news guys , I got the surgery done for hernia. I’m all set , just came back home resting. :) really happy that its all over now.

Hey, guys I’m back I’m fine now post surgery stuff went well I have some issue with my thigh muscles . after spending everything I had , wasn’t able to pay for my internet bill so was away for a while. now I’m back healthy as hell and ready to PE again .

Just now seeing this, but I have varicocele in my left testicle, as did my son when he was born. We removed his testicle during his circumcision so it would not get necrotic. I had surgery on mine in my mid-twenties. I am mid-forties now, and I lived with it for a while and just suffered through the scrotal pains. I never had any issues having children, in fact I created three and all of them were one shot, one kill. I sort of wish I had to work harder for it, you know…

But if and when you have the vari surgery, have them remove the testicle. (I think you just had the hernia surgery, correct?).

I wish I had removed leftie. They can drop in a silicon implant if you want to still look like you have two, or you can have a ball of steel and flint and throw sparks when you walk. The damn thing is just an irritant, now, because it doesn’t hang and drop like it should, and I’ll have it removed when I get a vasectomy. Anyway, something to talk to your doc about when the time comes, and in the meantime listen to the pain if you start feeling it. I doubt you’ll have fertility issues, but the pain will come and go and maybe get worse over time, but it is something you can live with until the time is right to fix it. Just lay off the situps and squat work for a while if it starts hurting, and mind the jelqing.

I really wanted to get everything fixed both hernia and varicocele but not enough funds.

I have a variocele too, idk how I got it or when but it seems to not get worse. I’d even say its looking more like the normal vas. Actually my whole sac seems to be looking smaller except where the vas passes over the shaft, gains problems I know.

What does it do to you vegina ? Does it cause you to shoot less sperm or anything? Mine doesn’t seem to cause probems

Maybe I misread your comment, but are you suggesting removing a testicle from having a varicocele ?

This would be the the equivalent of removing a finger which has a wart on it, dangerous advice to give to someone who is considering the surgery.

Varicocele surgery can reverse some negative effects the varicocele has had on the testicle. I’ve had both an embolisation and a microsurgery, my free testosterone levels have increased slightly from it.

It did not fix my testicle. This was 25 yrs ago, and back then it was no big deal. Over time it has atrophied and no longer descends as it should. It often gets in the way during sex or simply causes discomfort. I only suggest discussing it with doc.

In any case, surgery does not reverse it. You have 2 testicles for a reason. One is a backup. Varicocele is common and hereditary. Unlike a finger, removing a nonuseful testicle is really only about aesthitics. It is dead and vestigial. Keep if you want, but there is no advantage to keeping it.

Doc can better discuss specifics. Cases vary and so do opinions. Just ask if the testicle might atrophy and see if you can live with it. Mine will be out this year. It is literally kicking me in the balls.
