PE consequences?

PE consequences?

Every PE method has it’s pros and cons I guess. I haven’t tried that many of them.
<perhaps this is not the right section… just thought of it>

Some methods work better for length, some more for girth.
But some bring such permanent things like giving the penis a different color, making veins stick out (not sure how that looks, some say it looks gross, others find it hot), weaker erections, ugly foreskin etc etc

I want to try various methods of PE, cause I think that’ll be the most efficient, using the pros of each together to get the best results, but at the same time I’m worried about permanent side effects some of these methods could bring under certain circumstances.

So I ask here for some information what are the good and bad sides of pumping, jelqing, stretching, clamping etc etc, but i mostly wish to hear about the risks of using these methods.

You ask too much for any of us to respond in the sense that none of us is going to take hours/days to tell you the goods and bads of so many methods.

What is important to you is that you experiment with the manual exercises in a moderate way to see how they feel and how you react to them in terms of interest vs boredom. PE is a long haul commitment. Choose those methods that keep your interest and that gradually show you some results after some months. If you’re lucky, maybe sooner.

There shouldn’t be any bad effects to any form of PE aside some discoloration if you do everything ok (warm up, force, intensity, etc). Although each routine is different and you will need to try them on yourself to see what is best for you and your goals.

Moderation and consistency are two keys. PE is not about instant gratification and those seeking it will often end up not making any gains and simply injuring themselves.

Take a look in the Injury forum - you’ll find a pattern emerges of people who took things too hard and too fast and didn’t heed the advice and experience of thousands who have come before them. Learn from their mistakes.

Learn to use the search function to seek out the methods that most interest you. All regimens have their pros and cons and all carry risks. It’s up to you to decide which ones will give you the best “risk vs. reward” outcome. The Newbie Routine is the best place to start - it will condition the penis (and your knowledge of the limitations) to a state where further exploration can become less risky.

PE should be an enjoyable pursuit - but don’t let it rule your life.

One other thing, Illuminator. As long as you don’t overdo, none of the consequences you list as concerns happen overnight.

Approach PE sensibly, don’t overdo, evaluate the results as you go along, and adjust (or discontinue) your routine accordingly.

I’m sorry and thanks for the replies. I was worried because of the pics of people who did PE. So many of them had wrinkly skin or ugly overdose of foreskin. My friend told me it’s because they most likely used the pump the wrong way… something about crossing “3 o’clock on the gauge”.

start with manual stretches and wet jelqing, low force and if needed increase time rather than force. feel your way, make sure you do not overdo and use the two keys :D that’s my advice, I’m no pro and everyone is different

use two keys? Sorry english isn’t my first language, I don’t understand everything. Could you clarify me there?

Sorry Illuminator - “keys” means that these things are the most important. Moderation - don’t over do it; consistency - do your exercises regularly.

Thank you. Guess your right, sorry I’m very paranoid, worried, always overanalysing. I won’t be able to PE for a year and I already now get so nervous about it.
