Seriously, just rest. When he is recovered, you’ll know. In the meantime, do kegels and massage (try not to masturbate, it’s hard not to I know). I had the same thing you have and that’s what got me through it. PE only when you are recovered. That’s just my opinion though. I would play it safe and recover than perhaps make things a little worse.
Try a little LIGHT jelqing if you are really that keen to start. When I recovered, I just did little sessions for a few weeks. They won’t do anything in the long run regarding size but light, 5-10 min sessions with a long warm up and a long warm down did the trick in restoring my unit back to it’s original strength. And kegels, do a few short ones, a few long one; really mix it up.
The lesson here is BE CAREFUL. Your cock is strong equipment but not invincible.
