Penis Enlargement Procedures

After reading a thread about “Dr” Elist on this forum, I did a bit of research about the various penis enlargement procedures. I had no previous knowledge about any surgeries so I was intrigued at how these work and tried to find any legitimate testimonials and experiences. Failing most of the time since all I could find was horror stories on various news sites.

I’m wondering if any members here had had a procedure done? Or have any links to stories about these?

I found the most intriguing surgeries being the one where they cut the ligaments that tie the penis to pubic bone, or the fat injections as well as the cadaverous skin insertion.

I am also quite surprised that there is not much to choose from, and even these surgeries seem to have very high risk involved and I have not yet found a single legit positive testimony on any of these.

Women with small breast can increase them at low cost and risk, they can shrink breasts, rejuvenate vagina.. Hell they can even “restore virginity”

Men on the other hand seem to have zero possible options when it comes to penis procedures. All of them seem to be very risky and even if they had zero risk in them all of these surgeries can provide literally meaningless length gains.

Makes me kinda jealous of women and their options.

I’m not contemplating getting a penis surgery, just want to see if there are any experiences here to be shared or just have general discussion about how bad this all seems.

The penis is a very complex organ.

Pertaining to breast augmentation, there are many horror stories around them, just google it. They run the full gauntlet. Too often you get what you pay for.
Cosmetic: unevenness, different sizes, nipple orientation.
Surgical issues: numb nipples, necrosis, excess scarring
Product problems: ruptured silicon implants was (and still is) a huge issue
Stupidity: you think guys are the only ones with a ”bigger is better” mentality? How about the girls who have surgery after surgery after surgery just to get larger, to the point the breast skin is paper thin.

Sure it is very complex but with all these medical advances I’m just surprised there hasn’t been much in penis department.

While true that it can go so wrong. It appears as if most of breast surgeries actually work and we can’t deny they are very popular and widespread.
But those girls getting surgery after surgery is just mental. They seem to end up uglier and more disfigured with each.

More times than not any success story you read about a penis surgery is a guy put up by the quack doctor to say how great his results are.

I mean seriously, when you read into how the various procedures are actually performed, and how they should theoretically work, it’s obvious that it’s pretty much impossible to have a net positive long term outcome from any of them.

Implants like to wander out of the body. Unless it’s bolted down to bone, it will probably work its way out in time. If you’ve ever been hit by shrapnel before, you’ve probably noticed that missed pieces gradually work their way out. Sometimes it’s not even worth it to surgically remove shrapnel since the surgery causes more damage than letting the shrapnel work its way out over time.

Modifying the fascia using surgery isn’t a great idea, since connective tissue tends to undergo a shrinking remodeling process after trauma.

Cutting ligaments has limited benefits to length that probably won’t satisfy your desire for more length anyway.

Adipocyte migration actually occurs naturally, it’s thought to have a negative effect on erections though.
