Premature Ejaculation after doing PE

I’ve been doing PE for 2 months solid now.. But I had sex for the first time last night in about 3 months. I had really bad premature ejaculation, and this usually is not an issue for me. I have been doing edging and kegels in my routine and I do a mix of short and long kegels. It must have something to do with working those muscles out but I thought it would help, not hurt my sex life.

Possbly a combination of not having had sex and stimulation of the routine. I’m sure you will hate this advice but perhaps a little more sex will get you back in trim again :)

With 90% certaintity, your doing Quick kegels instead of slowly squezzed ones.

Fast kegels = PreE.
Slowly Squezzed = Muscle controll of PC muscle = Controlled ejaculation.

By slow squeezed you mean holding the kegel right? I’ve been practicing doing longer ones at like 10-15 seconds but they are pretty hard for me to do, I have to really push to hold that long

So, what is a short one and a long one. Is a short 3 seconds or 10?

Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)

You can flex your biceps going from 0% flexed, 50% flexed ,100% flexed. If you achive great muscle control trough excercise.
Slowly squezzed kegels = the same principle as above, go from 0% to 50 % Slowly,then go slowly to 100% flexed.

Not fast, gradually squeezed, and watching if your anus contracts as well.

Not fast - i.e. it should take about 2 seconds to reach full clenching strength, also relaxation as well shouldn’t be instant.

Your anus will actually contract anyways, but nevertheless, focus kegel on your penis - it should tug back into your body, and you’ll feel that.

I was doing that though after so many I tend to feel no resistance as if I was over stretching. I do them at work, I work an 8 hour shift and I probably do on average 50 kegels an hour so that’s probably around 400 kegels a day on average. Is that too many?

Sounds like an awful lot to me. You may be overworking the muscles causing problems with your PE. Try for quality, slow kegels that you can really feel working and do around 50 for a start, until you get used to things again.

Ok.I planned to give em a break for a while to restore the possibly damaged muscles anyhow. Thanks for the help.
