Premature ejaculation out of nowhere

My whole adult life, I have been able to have sex for basically as long as I wanted. My usual sex sessions were at least an hour, and this was at a good pace. I cannot figure out what changed. I haven’t started any new medications, but my dick feels more sensitive, even when jacking off I can come way faster so it is not a mental “only during sex” thing.

I can feel my bc muscle involuntarily contracting during this too. What the hell do I do? I am considering getting on an SSRI at a low dose just to fix this, as I know that works.

Wasnt it the autoxsleeve that you thought caused this?

Ive been experiencing the opposite since starting PE, not sure if I like it. Probably due to edging.

It could have been the auto sleeve yes, but nobody else has reported that. I am considering like sanding down my head to get back to normal, it used to be kind of numb since vac-hanging so much and I prefer it, I was a total champ in bed and every time I had sex the girl was cumming a minimum of 5 times. I’m bummed.
