Question on retaining ejaculation
So I have been doing a fair amount of research on semen retention/controlling premature ejaculation. My question is, are the muscles of focus the PC muscle? I ask because flexing the PC is known to increase ejaculation distance hence stronger ejaculations. By reading I have heard both to squeeze the PC during excercises and on the other hand to push out and flex like your pushing out pee…. Im really confused here, are standard kegels the excercise I should be focusing on?
