Quick question.

Would you say that daily masterbation and ejaculation makes you last longer when actualy having sex or makes you come much quicker? Simple and easy question that would help a bunch, thanks alot guys.

If you want to last longer you should practice it by not ejaculating while masturbation. Using techinques such as breathing slowly, not flexing lower muscles, and other things make you last longer. It just basically revolves around practice.

The only problem with masturbation is that it works so well. :) You are in total control of all the friction/stimulation; you know, intimately, what feels best.

Sex is another ball game - with a partner adding more stimulation and of different kinds, a lot of which you have no control over at all.

Theoretically, though, an earlier ejaculation via mastubation should give you more control if sex follows sometime later.
