Red tip of foreskin?

I am uncut :)

for quite some time now I have had a problem with my foreskin, it started off being really dry and tight like phimosis, I thought I would need to be circumsized but that was treated very well with a steroid cream. Now it is back to normal, although everything is fine, it is still red at the top of the foreskin, but it is not sore or itchy or causes me any problems apart from it just looks like something is wrong.

It has been like that for months, I have not been sexually active for quite some time. I am very nervous about anyone seeing it and thinking I have some STD or infection - I cant seem to get rid of it by any means.

my doctor has given me several creams but none of them have worked, I can do everything with my member although the only thing is its red at the tip, it it more red sometimes than other times too, sometimes its very pale pink, almost skin coloured then sometimes its very noticeably red.

I get this too. My foreskin is really long and it gets irritated easily from PE, wanking, and sex. I have just started using pure lanolin every morning after a shower. It helps.

If your doctor has no idea of a diagnosis you should stop letting him “treat” you with stuff.

After using the steroidal ointment your skin will have thinned considerably, so maybe you’re just seeing a better view of the blood vessels and stuff.

How does the phimotic band look when you are retracted? A bright red ring?

I know this is an old post, but I have the same problem, and I looking for any help/solutions you might have. If any of you have experienced any improvement, please share.

If it’s a problem you have only developed fairly recently, first take a break from anything that may be irritating your foreskin; you could also try moisturising it with a little coconut oil, which is very good for slightly irritated skin.

If you’ve had it for a long time, get it looked at by a doctor.

May I ask if any of the above worked for you guys please? For the past year I have had a redness to my foreskin that I find embarrassing. It is particularly noticeable as a red ring around my shaft when erect. I’ve attached a pic.

The doctor can’t find anything wrong and none of the various creams I’ve tried make any difference. There’s no itchiness or soreness, it’s just red!

I’m 67, and want to start the enlargement exercises but am concerned that they may make my dick look even redder. I still enjoy sexual encounters but this past year I’ve been almost celibate rather than display the redness.
