Sex Drive / Erection Problems
I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong anymore. Honestly I’m somewhat of a PE veteran I’ve PE’d for about 3-4 years now. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, honestly. I feel like my erections aren’t spur of the moment like they used to be, I rarely get random hard-ons, etc. And I’m nowhere NEAR overtraining my unit. My entire PE routine for the past few months has been hot wrap, jelqing for 5-25 minutes, hot wrapping all throughout, and thats about it. For a while I was wearing a girls elastic hair band around my unit to keep my bloodflow up. I haven’t woken up with a good solid morning wood in I can’t remember how long. My flaccid size is all over the place, sometimes decent sometimes it turtles.
Is there something that I’m doing wrong? I tried going back to the basics thinking that would solve the problem but it hasn’t whatsoever. Maybe because I’m dieting down for summer and dropping weight. I have cut my calories a bit but I still can’t seem to figure out whats wrong. I honestly don’t even think its PE related, to tell you the truth. Maybe I’m not kegeling enough? Maybe I should start doing some edging?
My workout supplements that I’m taking are as follows:
- whey protein
- creatine
- Venom Hyperdrive (fat-burner)
- Sesamin (which some people experience sex drive loss with)
- ZMA before bed
- Lipoderm (topical fat-loss supplement)
- 6g fish oils per day
- multi-vitamin
My stress level is pretty low/moderate I’d say. I smoke marijuana probably 5-6x a week. Never too much more than a bowlpack, though. Recently cut out cigarettes completely. Alcohol maybe 2-3x per week.
Any ideas?
