Somewhat embarassing....(ED)

I don’t really know what is going on, but, to put it bluntly, I can’t get hard. I have been clamping for awhile but have recently gone cold turkey for awhile and now things just dont seem to be working down there. It grows, it just doesn’t get straight and hard. I’m only 19, so this is a little disconcerting. I’m going to give this another 2 weeks or so of doing absolutely nothing and just letting it rest, but if you guys have any ideas/ recommendations it would be appreciated.

If I may, what is your clamping frequency and duration?

Also, is it just today that you noticed this problem?

I’m also wondering if this is an occassional thing or if it’s been happening for a long time. Are you under a lot of stress? Drinking a lot of alcohol? There are a number of factors that can affect erection quality. If it goes on for very long, I’d sure call for an appointment.
