This doesn’t really have to do with P.E itself just something that kind of concerned me. Usually I don’t have any lumps or hard things on my testis but every time after I masturbate, on the back of them there is like this hard lump, is that normal? Could it be something serious? I was thinking it might have to do with the cord that is attached the testicals.but I don’t know.
If it occurs only during ejaculation and then goes back to normal it probably has something to do with the vas deferens contracting to move sperm.
IMO, all lumps should be checked out by a doctor. You should be able to clearly feel and differentiate the vas deferens from other structures.
