Seeing as how this is a forum that promotes manual methods, I don’t know much about this topic. I’ve struggled with PE and feel that I’m a hard gainer. I can’t get positive results from anything I try, and I’d like to investigate surgery.
Has anyone here has surgery for length to resolve, or at least, augment their length desires? How does one go about finding a doctor that does this? Thank you!
Enlargement surgery ain’t so popular around here.
I would recommend that you check PhalloBoards out.
Though I have heard some positive comments regarding girth increases as a result of surgery, I haven’t heard anything positive regarding length surgery.

8-ball had surgery and it did not go well. Too much risk in my opinion. I talk to him via cell phone and he has been for a while since he does not like this subject brought up. He even asked Thunder to remove his pics from the Pic Forum. You can see the surgery on YouTube.

I’m a moderator over at Phalloboards so have seen lots of these procedures. Unless you are looking for flaccid gains, I can’t recommend this surgery. I can honestly say that after close to 15 years of following PE, on various forums and the last 6 at a forum dedicated to surgical enhancement, I’ve never once seen a clear, measured “before and after” photo of a lengthening surgery showing erect gains.
I’m a moderator over at Phalloboards so have seen lots of these procedures. Unless you are looking for flaccid gains, I can’t recommend this surgery. I can honestly say that after close to 15 years of following PE, on various forums and the last 6 at a forum dedicated to surgical enhancement, I’ve never once seen a clear, measured “before and after” photo of a lengthening surgery showing erect gains.
I really needed to read this. I mean that’s absolutely crazy, given how much surgeries cost and the risks they bring. But…thank you for this comment.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.
My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.
