The perfect dick...
Can anyone explain what would be the perfect diet for penile health. I suffer from ED and have been taking generic viagra and it has worked a treat. I have now told my girl friend (who is very understanding) and I have stopped the tablets. I can get hard whilst with her (only when I’m not thinking or worrying about it) but dont know if it will stay up long enough for penetration..
Yesterday I was really horn’d up with her for several hours and the old boy just didn’t want to know, in fact he went even smaller than normal flacid state, you know the sort of state he goes in if a doctor looks at him.
I am looking to improve my general health and try and build the confidence to get over this problem.
I have done PE but find that jelq’s tend to de-sensitise my penis so I have stopped them for now incase it my penis that isn’t sensitive enough. I do still do kegels daily when I remember to.
Can anyone offer me any advise on what to do? I am 28, don’t smoke and only drink twice a week and not a lot. What is the perfect diet? What is the perfect excerise to do? Should I stop drinking tea and coffee and drink more water? Can my girlfriend do anything else to help?
