Tight Foreskin Questions ...

Tight Foreskin Questions ...

Okay,

So i have a very tight foreskin, wen to the doctors etc and he gave me some cream and what not.
Ive been stretching the skin and applying the cream and i can now fully retract when flaccid (woohoo)
But my glands are sensitive as fuck, like painfully sensitive …. how do i make the gland less sensitive? will it just happen over time if i keep touching it etc?

also, even though i can fully retract the foreskin over the gland when flaccid, it is still super tight and builds up underneath the gland, restricted the flaccid penis quite alot. and erections are literally impossible for me to retract any of the foreskin, however i did have a horrible experience last night. using a fleshlight and the foreskin pulled back all the way while erect. it was so painful i had to stop and lose the erection, felt like it was going to rip it was horrible (sorry for doing into detail)

has anyone else had the issue but managed to stretch it enough for the issue to go away? im debating circumcision but i have heard rumors of desensitization, and i dont really like the sound of that. any circumcised guys who think its better to have it done? advantages vs disadvataged etc?

My skin was tight about 8 years ago. I got prescription for some cream to put on and stretch it but it barely made any difference. I could retract it while erect but it wasn’t pleasant so I eventually decided to have surgery. From your explanation and according to my memory my issues were a bit less than yours.

I got to chose from circumcision, but I chose to let them make the skin in the tight part (only about 1 cm was tight) looser with a small incision along the length of the shaft which they sew back in the perpendicular direction, essentially taking away a bit of length and adding some width, if that makes sense :) They also removed the small skin that attaches between the shaft and the orifice and kinda tugs on the head, which was nice.

The surgery helped, of course, but it’s still not 100%. I think the skin is a bit more irritable due to the low elasticity of the scar tissue, and it is still a little bit tight..

If you’d like to keep your foreskin that is an option for you too I guess.

I just dont want what happened last night to happen again haha. I guess ill keep stretching, add it to my PE routine for now lol

It was just a weird old feeling, did not enjoy it one bit at all. 0 pleasure from it, just pain and awkwardness haha

Sure doesn’t sound like a pleasant experience :)
I’m just saying there are other options than circumcision if you don’t like the idea of it, and it worked out for me. Stretching however made almost no difference at all, maybe you have better luck or perseverance though :)

I hope whatever you choose works out for you!

Ill go back to the doctors in a few weeks once this cream they gave me runs out, its made a difference but seems to have slowed down now.

Ill see how it goes and update the thread accordingly :)

I also had a foreskin that was too tight. Started stretching it while being erect - basically just trying to retract it with constant moderate pull. It only took a couple of weeks and I could get it fully retracted. But yeah, the glans was painfully sensitive, how I imagine a clit must feel like. The most severe sensitivity vanished pretty quickly and it gets less and less sensitive over time. For the first year or so there was still a visibly tighter ring of foreskin noticeable in the retracted state but that went away completely by itself.

Key is to be consistent and not too impatient. But yeah, listen to your doctor even though for me it turned out fine even without one.

Hey thanks mate, that’s awesome to know :)

I haven’t been stretching much as of late, I’m debating actually using the fleshlight as a means to stretch it out …. maybe try edging with a fleshlight, maybeeee

I had this issue identically and after a partial removal of my frenulum i was finally able to retract my foreskin fully for the first time at the age of 27. It took 5/6 weeks for my foreskin to stretch enough so it didn’t strangle and swell my head (looked incredible like this, so well sculpted) and i tried to have sex for as much as i could at this time. I also kept the foreskin retracted in my underwear which is very intense at first but it soon died down. Intercourse was incredibly agonizing the sensation was incredibly intense to the point that i though i was going to explode my penis upon ejaculation.

You’ve just got to bare it at first and it will die down pretty fast. I have a long term partner which helped massively…she LOVED the whole process.

I urge anyone with tight foreskin - that is NOW tighter than they can remember it being - to see a doctor. Quick action could minimize the amount of sensual surface lost if it is indeed something like an unresponsive BXO.

But better is to gently stretch the skin with steroidal oitnment. You’ll do gentle finger exercises while waking, toileting, and falling asleep for a few months.

Some guys have good luck using PhimoCure silicone rings. It’s a set that looks like tiny wheel rims in graduated sizes. You place the size that challenges your skin and just wear it, to encourage the preptial opening to loosen up. I would definitely try that before talking about amputating pleasure-receptive parts.

Do these rings work on flaccid or erect?
I have no issues now pulling back when flaccid and when pulling back partically when erect, but the motion is not smooth and does not feel good at all.
Ill try anything which might help, i just want to be able to get that smooth motion everyone else has :P

I had a tight foreskin growing up, and I stretched it to the point being able to pull it back over my erect glans over several years.

It works. Just be persistent. Once I was able to put 2 fingers inside it and really stretch it by pulling in opposite directions, the progress really started.

What I wasn’t able to stretch was my frenulum. That I had to get help with by a urologist. I researched “frenulum tying”, brought it to the urologist’s attention, and he agreed to do it. I am very very happy now that my foreskin can be pulled alll the way back without pulling my glans down. This made wearing condoms much more comfortable, as well as helping with hygiene, as there used to be little folds in the foreskin on either side of the frenulum, between it and the glans that were difficult to reach and clean.

STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

You REALLY don’t want your glans to get less sensitive. You will get used to the sensation of getting it manipulated and, when in contact with the right surfaces and lubrication (like inside a lubricated vagina, during oral sex) it won’t feel pain, just like it doesn’t hurt when it is protected by your foreskin.

But anything you do to make it feel less pain when manipulated in ways it shouldn’t be (bare hands with no lub) will have disastrous results in your sex life latter on because with the pain going away, so does the sensibility that gives you pleasure.

As for the stretching.. Well, it’s just a boring everyday exercise. I was in the stage you are now when I started my sex life (able to pull the skin when flaccid but having real problems to do so when having an erection) and, for me, the thing went like this: unable to talk about the issue with my partner I just penetrated her without paying attention to the pain for the first two or three times we had sex. The arousal of the situation helped me to keep the erection and the sex act REALLY pushed the stretching up to the point where it ceased to be a problem.

Please note however that each person has a different body and you may injure yourself. In sex life and exercises it’s all about knowing your limits and betting at the right moment up to where you can overcome ‘em a little. Little by little you expand our limits.
