What is the Long Term Effect of Alprostadil on ED?

Has anyone with ED used Alprostadil for a long time, stopped using it, and found that their erections were better than before the drug usage?

What else were you taking while using Alprostadil?

I’ve read that PGE1 can help with angiogenesis (blood vessel growth), so maybe that’s what could help with my erection problems.
