0.5 cm 0.2 inches gains from just 2 weeks manual stretching
Hi! I’m 20 years old and have always been concerned about penis size even though it’s small in fact above average. My problems have always been that I am really tiny flaccid. Like it can be as low as 5cm. I didn’t happen a lot but a couple of times I have been teased in school showers for being small when I’m actually above average erect and it really bothered me.
Before I started my simple PE routine it was measured 16.5 cm(6.5 inches) BPEL. Still somehow I felt small though. I may be damaged by porn. So I started this simple routine to do 2 weeks ago. It is basically just manual stretching. I do this in shower to save time. I make my penis semi erect about 30-40% then I stretch it downwards for 30s and repeat for 4 times. 2 minutes in total. Anyway now two weeks later I measured again and I was 17 cm(6.7inches) erect. I was really surprised. Anyone who done just manual stretching and get gains quickly? How much do you think you can gain by just stretching?
I will probably go on and starting to do some jelqing soon as well. Although I feel like jelqing requires a lot more from you than stretching does but I guess it’s all about getting a good routine.
