1 month clamping, no change...
Hey all,
been doing PE for about 9months now,.. tried various techniques such as Power Stretch (Long Schlong), Sit-down stretch, Two-way stretch, BTC-stretch, ..
And of course the jelq, some attempts at horses and head-squeeze.
I began with clamping 2nd january and now it’s 12th february.
My routine is and has been stretching 7min, jelqing 10min, clamping 2x10minutes.
I get 90-100% erect and kegel in as much blood as I can and trap it, with the second last *click*-step on the clamp.
Am I doing something wrong? SHould I force the clamp to always go fully tight?
I don’t know.. It stays hard all the session, although a 10% decrease is possible.
ANyone waited this long for some gains? 7 weeks clamping I mean, my other 8months are just a pity :(
