Hey everyone. I started PE exactly 1 month ago on the 1st and did my measurements today 1 month later. It was very tough not to break out the ruler sooner, but I was strong and held out =) Anyway I’m extremely happy to say that I’ve already gotten results. They are minor, but measurable which is excellent. I started out with 6.375” BPEL and 4.5” girth, and gained 1/8” in both over the last month bringing me to 6.5” BPEL and 4.625” girth. Nothing earth shattering, but to me it’s an accomplishment!

As for my routine, I started with about a 5 minute hot wrap, 10 minutes of manual stretching, and then 200 or so wet jelques (like 8-10 minutes). By the end of the month I’ve worked up to around 17 minutes of manual stretching and about 20-25 minutes of wet jelques (counting them became a hastle so I just went by time… I’d estimate around 500 or so). I feel pretty comfortable with this routine and will likely continue it through October. I also bought a BibStarter recently, but didn’t tackle the hanging method yet =) I’ll probably give that a whirl later this month and incorporate that into my routine.

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for their advice and support. I’ll keep everyone posted as I continue the program. If anyone wants to give me any advice on anything I can do to better my routine/fine tune it, by all means let me know. When I think of my first month gains and think that if they continue at that rate I could ring in the new year with nearly a 7x5 I get very excited! I know that may be a little unrealistic and that gains don’t always continue at a steady rate, but it’s fun to think like that for motivation =)

The hanging will accelerate your growth rate. A half inch in 2 months of that is not unreasonable. Many here have done that.

You are much longer than when I started hanging, so percentage-wise you can get that half inch in 2 months if you have my same progress.

I too am a newbie, a little over a month in. I actually started PE as an experiment to see if it actually worked and I gained 1/4” in girth the first month. Now I’m hooked!

Great to get results the first month. I got 1/4 L and 1/8 G in my first month. I would have been pissed off if I got none, It was still in my mind that this whole site could be an elaborate scam to sell hangers (I am extreme skeptic and cynic). I always believed PE worked and everything I read here makes sense. I saw pictures of tribesmen with cocks to their knees so I always knew it could be done but was scared about damage. Now half way through my second month I am doing it even more intensely now that I know it works for me. I have seen more girth gains, hard to determine length and I dont want to measure till then.


The "average size" is usually over-estimated. Small guys don't take part in surveys and big guys jump at the chance.

That’s almost a cubic inch increase. Congratulations!

updated gains

Just wanted to say that at the end of my second month I’ve gained another solid 1/8” in length, perhaps even a tad more. That brings me to 6.625 from 6.375 in 2 months which isn’t bad. Unfortunately my girth has stayed the same, no gain in month 2 as far as that goes. Looks like I could hit the 7” mark by years end like my goals stated, but I’ll fall short in the girth department :(
