1 Month In

I’m one month in and trying to keep at this. I’m excited about the potential to increase my size. I could care less whether it’s length or girth. I’ve actually seen that some members have increased length through girth exercises. I’ve been jelqing, clamping and doing erect bends. One that that’s noticeable is that my EQ has increased, so that’s a positive. Any advice out there? Routines that are tried and true?

I’ll be the first of 20 to say this: clamping when you’ve only been doing this a month is probably not the best of ideas.

That said, the newbie routine is the closest thing to tried and true that you will find. Most guys start there, and slowly add more, a few months at a time. The best advice I can give is to be prepared mentally just in case you don’t see the results you expect. Some gain more easily than others. Good luck to you.


Starting measurements (August 2009): BPEL: 7.625in EG:6.25in BPFSL: 7.5in flaccid BP length:4in

"Peak" measurements (Oct. 2012): BPEL: 8in EG: 6.625in BPFSL: 8.375 in flaccid BP length: 6in

Yeah, I agree. I don’t think erect bending is advisable for newbies either. You can gain a ton of girth and length just from simple jelqing and their variations. I did only those exercises for years and continued to gain both. I figured, why do anything else if the basics are still working? Only after I reached a plateau did I try looking for other more advanced exercises. I think this conservative approach is the safest way to go. You don’t want to mess up your penis, right? I mean, I couldn’t imagine having it not work right.

But, that being said, you claim a rise in EQ, and you know your body better than anybody, so you’ll have to be the ultimate decision-maker on this one. It’s you’re body, after all. Just be careful.

Be very careful. As said, you are using some advanced and strenuous techniques. Please go onto the newbie routine and use that as the basis of your PE for the next month or two.

Congrats for keeping PE for a whole month most people don’t get past the 1-2 week, keep the newbie routine for a month or two to condition your unit into heavier exercises and then change little by little good luck and good gains
