Trying 3 different routines over 4 months probably didn’t help. The name of the game is consistency my friend.
I would suggest 1 of 2 things. Either take another long decon break and start completely over from scratch. Beginning with a newbie routine and going from there slow and steady and consistent.
or
Begin hanging. You may have yanked on your penis too hard or are unable to apply consistent tension. Do your due diligence and stay consistent. There is a learning curve with hanging and it does take some time to get used to.
Do not forget to jelq and edge. You do not necessarily need to very intensely, but they both are healthy for your penis it seems.
