Cementing hanging gains VIA clamping?

Once I have reached my length goal via hanging, then it would be time to cement gains.

Instead of cementing gains with hanging, can I cement my length gains with clamping?

This would be great if you can because while clamping I would be making girth gains and at the same time I would be cementing my length gains (everything I gained from hanging). I might even gain new length slightly via clamping.

How are you do(gain)ing with hanging ? :)

I too hope that someone can verify this method for cementing length gains and at the same time, begin girth training.

I am not too sure this is plausible. Hanging weights off yourself gives you gains by focusing mainly on adding traction to ligaments, meanwhile clamping restricts outflow but allows inflow expanding your tissues.

If you do STRAIGHT OUT hanging only, you are adding traction to the tunica, not ligaments. So what about then?

SO puts stress on ligs too. I think to cement gains achieved with a given technique you should stay on the very same technique.

Clamping would expand the tunica to the max. I don’t see why it can’t cement hanging gains. Clamping would prevent the cells from shrinking. Does this not make sense to anyone?

It definitely makes sense to me. You stretch out your dick to the max, then get an erection or clamp to “fill” the newly stretched size.

Instead of stretching out a balloon then immediately letting it shrivel back to it’s normal size, after you stretch it out you fill it up with water to it’s stretched out size then let it sit like that for a bit, then let it go back to normal. This would have greater success at enlarging the balloon would it not?

Once you have reached your length goal by hanging Bib suggests maintenance hanging. Instead of hanging minimum 10 hours a week for length gains you would cement by hanging around 3 hours a week, or around 1-2 sets a day. If you have been hanging BTC for ligament gains you should cement by hanging BTC.
