14 months and no gains

4 days per week after 14 months is too low frequency, also.

Hey man - I know where you are at. I know what it’s like to dedicate a lot of time and energy for months and months and see absolutely nothing from it - especially because I didn’t have erection difficulties before starting PE. The only advice I can give you is this: get on a more consistent and methodical plan.

Read sparky’s P.I. thread and threshold thread. They are saved at the bottom left hand column of the main screen. And start progressively increasing the workload every 2-3 weeks. Also, research wadzilla’s big gainer friend. That’s basically the plan I am following now. And, after seeing nothing for well over a year, I am finally seeing some measurable results. You just have to stick with it. You stand a better chance of gaining by continuing than you do from quitting :D

Are you sure you have proper form and technique when doing the exercises and taking measurements?

I would focus on those ligs, increase the stretch time gradually starting with at least 15 min and do downward stretches. Use more and warmer heat through out the entire session. Don’t be afraid to take a pause and reheat during the exercises. Keep at it with the jelqs.

The giveaway for me is if you read his previous posts in other threads sir you will encounter phrases like ‘PEing off and on for the past year’ way to often.

I’ve been thinking about your problem this morning while working, and I think that this is all the advice I can give you, ‘hear me now and believe me later’ type thing.

Jelqing is the most basic, yet most complex, exercise, that there is in our PE arsenal. It is also the most important.

It is the first thing we learn to do when on the newbie routine. But it is infinitely complex and variable, and to really master the intricacies of it and make it work for you like it should, can take years. Changes in tempo, grip, grip pressure, erection level, length of stroke, etc. You can work at it a long time before you find what is right for you.

I’ll give you an analogy. I am a chef by trade. When I was a young cook, learning to work a grill station for the first time, I just couldn’t hit my colours on steaks. I just couldn’t tell medium rare from medium by handling the meat.
Now I had read everything I could get my hands on on how to cook a perfect piece of beef. I had talked to the old-timers to get their secrets. I watched how others do it. I knew all the theory.
But it took me cooking hundreds and hundreds of steaks before I really got the feel for it. But one day I threw the meat on the grill, quarter-turned it, flipped it over, turned again, then I poked it with my finger - and I just knew with absolute fucking certainty that that chunk of striploin was medium rare.
Now if I told you how I know, I would be lying. I just KNOW, because I have the FEEL, and I have it from thinking and doing and practice and a whole lot of repetition, but once it clicks, it clicks, and it is not a concious thing at all.
The feel for jelqing is the same way.

SO, I think you can go one of two routes.

A. take at least a full month off, maybe two, then do, the Newbie Routine verbatim, and program in a load progression and stick with the plan.

or

B. understand that you just might not have a handle on jelqing in such a way to gain from it. Get yourself a quality hanger, or make yourself one (lots of instructions in here), hang out in the Hangers section here, and start putting in the time that way. To attach x weight to your penis for y time per day is very straightforward and if you are prepared to put in the time,and take it slow and steady, you can’t go too far wrong.

I am not muchly experienced with hanging myself, however, I don’t think I have ever come across anyone here in the forums that hung and used ADS 4 hours per day and did not gain.
Read Saiyan21’s threads if you need any inspiration to make this happen for yourself.

ya i hear ya, and i think perhaps my tempo was a bit too fast. obviously we’re all used to masturbating much faster than you’re supposed to jelq. i think i might have started off with the recommended 3-4 second tempo but then slipped into a much quicker one which may have rendered the whole thing useless. i did some jai’s and of course just regular newbie stretches though and i am still kinda shocked that i didnt get anything out of that.

as for the possibility of me having some type of “ligs of steel” i am not a doctor and i do not know a whole lot about anatomy but i think it is quite unlikely.

i am very apprehensive and quite honestly scared of hanging to for now i am just going to continue the manual stretches and try to improve my jelqing technique.

the worse part of this is that out of the women i have slept with the past year i had it in my mind that i was screwing them with an above average dick, and now i come to realize that it was merely average, haha.

Hmm, this thread inspires me to jelq again and do it right. It is a hard excersize to master, so many different styles and variations.

A decon break for a month or two might be good for you jaylough as Chunk said, then start on the newbie routine again and build up to more time stretching and/or jelqing. You’ve only scratched the surface of what can be done in PE so you don’t quite know yet what and how to get gains for you (girth or length). But if you persevere and keep trying different things you should find something that works for you.

These threads of no gains are always the same. Warm up, jelqing for 20-30 minutes and the some kegels thrown in. I suspect that the jelqing is being done in some ineffective fashion so really what you’ve done is warming up, 5 minutes of stretching and then 50 kegels. You are way past the 6 month mark. I’ve never seen a thread showing 14 months of dedicated hanging and nothing at all to show or 14 months of clamping with no gain at all. Clearly you have the persistence going for you and with the necessary routine change you should be making gains.

It’s actually like doing the newbie routine and expecting miracles…..if I remember correctly I only gained an 1/8th of length and a 1/16 of an inch of girth with the newbie routine. It takes some serious commitment and physics to make a dick grow.

Then there are others who claim to have gained 1” in 8 weeks on the newbie routine. We know PE works but there are too many exaggerated gains (some even with picture “proof”) and whether the inaccurate progress report is due to honest mistakes in measuring or not, the fact remains that for some people it can be discouraging to put in countless hours and see limited results in comparison to others.

But I agree that commitment and perseverance should yield results. I think it makes sense to re-evaluate things after about 4 months or so. Positive PI’s may encourage one to stick with their routine even though gains do not seem to be coming but by 6 months it probably makes sense to increase time and intensity or switch things up completely if there are still no gains.

here is the goal, for now at least:

to go from 5.875 to 7.0 inches in length nbpel and get an equivalent gain in girth; using just jelqing, manual stretching, and clamping. no bs, no phony measurements, just a straight up one inch plus a little bit more.

Just start hanging if you have the time and privacy jaylough. Fuck all the waiting and doing your same sort of routine again. Time for a totally different approach and hanging is the best thing for you in my opinion. Read everything you can about it and get to work!
