1in possible with manual stretches
Hi,
I’ve been doing the Newbie Routine for some time now (about 4 months), gained about .5 * .3 inches in total. I’m at ~7 * ~5.7 at the moment.
I was just wondering: How much can one gain with just manual stretches I.e just using your hands and tugging ?
I want to gain 1 inch in length and then I’m done with PE!! :)
Is it possible to gain 1 inch using manual stretches ? Has anyone achieved this ?
I’m really not that keen to hang weights from my dick, so I want to avoid that if possible!
I also use very low level, about 20-40%, jelqing as I heard that, at this level, it primarily targets length.
I was planning to stick to the Newbie Routine until I reach this goal, my routine is:
5min warm-up
10min stretch
20-25min jelq at 20-40% erection level
5min warm-down
Can I increase my stretching time to 15minutes or is this to much ? I want lots of length!! :D
