Hi,

I’ve been doing the Newbie Routine for some time now (about 4 months), gained about .5 * .3 inches in total. I’m at ~7 * ~5.7 at the moment.

I was just wondering: How much can one gain with just manual stretches I.e just using your hands and tugging ?

I want to gain 1 inch in length and then I’m done with PE!! :)

Is it possible to gain 1 inch using manual stretches ? Has anyone achieved this ?

I’m really not that keen to hang weights from my dick, so I want to avoid that if possible!

I also use very low level, about 20-40%, jelqing as I heard that, at this level, it primarily targets length.

I was planning to stick to the Newbie Routine until I reach this goal, my routine is:

5min warm-up
10min stretch
20-25min jelq at 20-40% erection level
5min warm-down

Can I increase my stretching time to 15minutes or is this to much ? I want lots of length!! :D

Lots of people have gained 1 inch just from manual stretching. I’m getting close to 1 inch and I only do manual exercises.

If you feel ready to stretch for longer then do it, only you will know if it feels right. I’d say go for it.

Yes you can gain an inch and way more with manual stretching and jelqing.

I’m a newb like you, but from all that I’ve read lurking on the forum for a couple months, it seems that it’s only a theory that jelqing at 20-40% has a significant increase on length. JMHO, but I’d just jelq at the recommended 60-80%. There are a lot of advanced stretches you could do, which I think would give you your length goals.

There are a few guys on here who have made far more than just 1” gains with only manual stretches/jelqs/uli’s/kegels etc..

I also won’t be using any devices,at least not for the forseeable future, and I’m hoping to gain 2 or more inches in length & roughly 1” in girth.

Are you kidding me? You want another inch in girth when your 6.75”? Whatever floats your boat, but I think 6.75” is about as thick as I’d ever need or want.

It’s very possible, some of the biggest gainers on this site did nothing but manual stuff.

I understand your aprehension but I simply want to get my unit as big as possible with PE without using devices/hanging etc..

If I can get more girth that’s great,I know my missus can handle it & it’s my extra girth that seems to make the difference with the sex life. Yes I want as much length as possible but I have a sneaky feeling with so much girth I won’t be a huge gainer in that department,especially after reading through a few vets logs & progress reports.

It seems the more girth you have the harder it is to gain length.

But I won’t let that deter me from whatever gains I can get using PE. I’m on a newbie routine at the moment,which I started on Dec 11 2008 & I’m listening to my body as closely as possible.I’ve already had one slight injury and had to take 3 days off PE to let it heal but I quickly learnt my lesson and loosened my grip while jelqing when I started back up. But injuries are part & parcel of the PE journey and I’m learning from sites like this every single day so will try to avoid as many pitfalls and mistakes as possible.My biggest downfall at the mo is eagerness. I’ve found something special that will,literally,change my life or at least positively effect my whole outlook and I just want to keep going and going and going!! But as they say in the bodybuilding world.

I know it seems like I’m being greedy in the girth department but as I’ve mentioned elsewhere I want to build a ‘MONSTER DICK’ or at the very least the biggest dick that I can acheive safely with PE.If I end up with an 8x8 unit then so be it,I know the girlfriend won’t be complaining and once I know she’s getting as much pleasure as I can possibly give her then I’ll feel like it’s all been worthwhile.

Now I’m off to do some kegels :)

How do you actually know your % or erection?
I personaly do my jelq when in just on the edge before I get my dick hard.
(I’m not sure if I explained it right, I mean, I’m a state when you can’t just yet put it in a girl)

I just feel nothing when I do jelqs when my dick is hard in anyway.

I’d call it 50% is it the case?

I sit down when I PE. When I have a full hard-on my penis is perpendicular to the floor. This is 100% level.
I judge it from there. When it’s semi and just hovering above my balls it’s about 20-40%. This is the level I use. It usually goes hard again when I start jelqing. I just wait until it goes back to the level I want and continue.

It’s just about visually judging it and deciding what % it’s at. It’s a rough guess!

Bro, with your girth, you do realize that volume wise, you are already just about at the HUGE category right? If I were you, I would purposely avoid adding ANY girth, hell, if I got to 6.5 I would completely stop, your at 6.75, just my opinion of course, you do what you want, but I’d concentrate on length. I wouldn’t worry about suspecting you will not gain any length cause of your girth, I would just go full bore at trying to get longer, with your girth, more length would put you in an unreal category. Good luck whatever you decide.

I am starting to see things from this point of view.

My girth is very large,and very pleasing to the gf but the length is where I need to make more gains to have a more ‘even’ penis. The thing is at the mo I’m doing a newbie routine which is working very well in conditioning my penis for advanced levels of PE. Every day I wake up I feel so much fuller,heavier & more pumped down there & even when I go for my morning pee and I take a look at it in the mirror I can see it’s starting to take life! My EQ was always good so not much improvement there although my stamina is increasing all the time,also due to me working out in the gym and occasionally edging.

I’m almost 30days into the newbie routine so I have another 60 to go and at that point I’ll try to factor in one or two exercises for length. I think you’re right at going ‘full bore’ to achieve this because I do get the sneaky feeling that erect length won’t come easy for me,although my daily FL has increased dramatically so hopefully that’s a sign of things to come??

But it’s early days yet and I’m eager & willing to learn and am genuinely over the moon that I’ve stumbled across PE. It’s something that has changed my life and has changed my attitude to everything almost instantaenously!

P.S. What’s a good length exercises to incorporate after 90 days of a newbie routine?? Also I won’t be doing anything with devices & weights just manual hand stuff. The idea of clamping/hanging/pumping scares the shit out of me & I’d have to read & learn EVERYTHING about them before I even considered trying them.
