Manual stretches any good??

Can not afford a Bib Hanger quite yet, but have been doing manual stretches 3-4 times a week to “fill the gap”. My question is if I’m wasting my time or not. My grip gives out after about 20 min of intense manual stretching. I see the Bib routines usually consist of (3) 20 min stretching sessions. My current routine is manual pulls in 5 directions: straight out, straight down, straight up, to the left and right. After 10-15 min of hot wrapping I intensely pull each of these directions for 30-40seconds (sometimes up to 60 sec if my grip can hold out). Between stretches I Kegel 5 or so times while massaging my dick to help with circulation. Is it necessary to strecth 5 directions like I am, or should I focus my efforts on stretching straight out and straight down or between the cheeks? I ask becasue it appears the downward direction stretching and BTC is the popular choices when using the Bib.

Well it is a funny thing comparing results because some guys gain from one thing and not others. I tried manually stretching for over eight months and received zero gain. Yes I did it very hard and was totally consistent. I think 20 min of manual stretching will tell you if it is going to work or not. You can reduce the hot wrap time as well. Five minutes is enough in my opinion. I have no confidence in manually stretching at all, but that’s just my experience. I have come to the conclusion that if a guys penis is totally fit and in great shape it is harder to gain than some guy that his penis is out of shape and receeded etc. In other words the initial gains I believe are just gaining some old length in many cases.

I do think you should do more of the down stretch (I did about twice as much as the other directions). Additionally, when you are jelqing down you are doing a stretch as well. Furthermore, you can also grab the shaft with an ok grip for variety as well as try those v-stretches every talked about a while back.

Thanks for the reply Dance, forgot to mention when I pull straight out I do the V-stretch. I have not had any luck with feeling any good stretch when performing the V-stretch in any other direction. I was thinking the downward direction stretching would be of most benefit, so the past week I have been doing straight out and down pulls twice as much as the other directions like you mentioned.

You are right about using the manual stretching to see if I will benefit from it. I have been eyeing the Bib hanger for awhile and decided before I spend that much $$$ to do some manual stretching (free) and see if my dick would respond. I have noticed a little longer flaccid hang, but no gains in erect length. Because I am seeing a little flaccid gain I think a Bib Hanger will benefit me since it allows for longer periods of stretching than I can achieve by manual stretching. Now I just need to save-up enough $ to get a Bib and “get serious”.

Hello I am Spock and this is my first post,
i want to say that i manual stretched for 2month 5days a week for about 20min with anglechange and pc’s ect. i’ve written down my measurements

i started 9.10.2001

errect lenght : 16,5 cm(ca.6,5”)
flaccid lenght : 11,5 cm(ca.4,5”)

after 2 month of ONLY manual Stretching,no hanging, no jelqin i still had NO results.. so manual stretch is timewasting in my eyes, also i never had a really good grip over period of times.

now im only hangin with homemade hanger

This makes me sad, all I plan to do is manual stretching.

Don’t feel sad yet. I do stretching and it seems to make my penis feel like it has more substance, and also I see new veins appearing.

Yes your right some exercises work for some people and not for others, some of this will be down to the fact that people do each technique in different ways.

There are so many different types and combinations of PE available I think it is possible for anybody to achieve gains. If you are not making any progress after three months try something else. Also keep reading the forums to increase your knowledge of the art/science.

If you have the commitment and dedication you will succeed even if it takes you months and mainly non productive methods, keep trying and improving your routine!

I have never done manual stretching because I don’t like it, it’s hard for me to grip the head because of my cone shaped dick and it feels really uncomfortable for me.

Yet it works for the vast majority of people so stick with it, not only that you are conditioning your penis for more advanced techniques.

People say take rest in-between your stretching days, if after a few months you don’t see any results I think you should start stretching every day. This will give the penis less time to turtle and repair in the normal length. Also start using an ADS this will help keep your dick in an extended state while the recovery process is in effect
