Manual stretches any good??
Can not afford a Bib Hanger quite yet, but have been doing manual stretches 3-4 times a week to “fill the gap”. My question is if I’m wasting my time or not. My grip gives out after about 20 min of intense manual stretching. I see the Bib routines usually consist of (3) 20 min stretching sessions. My current routine is manual pulls in 5 directions: straight out, straight down, straight up, to the left and right. After 10-15 min of hot wrapping I intensely pull each of these directions for 30-40seconds (sometimes up to 60 sec if my grip can hold out). Between stretches I Kegel 5 or so times while massaging my dick to help with circulation. Is it necessary to strecth 5 directions like I am, or should I focus my efforts on stretching straight out and straight down or between the cheeks? I ask becasue it appears the downward direction stretching and BTC is the popular choices when using the Bib.
