manual stretches and ads
I have problems doing manual stretches because my unit is too firm and it is VERY hard to stretch (even good warm and moderate pressure up wont make any difference) and my unit always retract. Using ADS for a week 2on/1off 20 min day caused that my FLS has temporary decreased. Another anomaly is that my BPFSL is about 1.5” inch shorter than my BPEL. I haven’t seen anyone here having such a big difference between BPFSL and BPEL.
So ATM i’m on my routine for 2.5 months and it consist only from jelqs, but i would love to add stretches or other length exercise to my routine. Any ideas?
