Do ADS replace manual stretches?
Just a simple question I’m trying to figure out guys, I’m 19 and live with my parents and go to a community college. Between work, lifting weights, school and having a life I can’t find a lot of time to do more than a few minutes here and there of manual stretching and I’m not getting the results that I’d like.
I was thinking of getting an ADS so that I could study and not have to be grasping my penis -with my stronger- right hand to keep a good grip and then let go to write something down. I was hoping I could buy an ADS and do stuff that needs to get done but also get my stretching in (I could probably fit an hour or two of stretching a day easy as long as I am free handed to do whatever it is else I please).
So thundersplace, should I go ahead and buy an ADS? I’m not getting any more results simply because I can’t push anymore time into my schedule.
