1st Post Question
Well, I just did my first PE session yesterday. I can’t believe that something like this hasn’t been explored more by mainstream society. But, I guess we can just keep it our little secret!
Anyways, my question is: Which is more beneficial: Stretching or Jelqing?
To me, stretching out the ligaments makes a lot of sense. Seems logical that over time it will create more length.
But jelqing, to me, I don’t understand how it could increase length. Maybe some girth, but I don’t see how you can get more length by squeezing your penis..
Anyways, my routine is the beginner one by Luvdades or whatever his name is.
5 min wrap
5 min stretching
10 min jelq
50 kegels.
So, which is more beneficial, stretching or jelqing?
It seems to me that I should be doing 10 mins of stretching and 5 mins of jelqing.
Someone who knows please tell me!
