2 months, no real results. HELP
Hello everyone,
I am a new comer to PE, and have been doing the newbie routine in my shower for the last 2 months. I have 7.7” EL, which I am quite happy with, but a painfully average 4.7” EG. I have seen minimal results (maybe a few millimeters) since starting. I am losing faith and need any guidance you guys can give me! Below is my routine:
Stretching (5-10 mins)
Jelqing (5 seconds each, 100-150)
Occasional ULI (1 minute, 2 times)
2 days on, 1 off
I really want to reach 5.25’ EG. I know it is not good to set goals like that, but I think that would be a great bench mark. Please let me know what I can do more of or less of in order to finally start seeing real results!
