2 months, no real results. HELP

Hello everyone,

I am a new comer to PE, and have been doing the newbie routine in my shower for the last 2 months. I have 7.7” EL, which I am quite happy with, but a painfully average 4.7” EG. I have seen minimal results (maybe a few millimeters) since starting. I am losing faith and need any guidance you guys can give me! Below is my routine:

Stretching (5-10 mins)

Jelqing (5 seconds each, 100-150)

Occasional ULI (1 minute, 2 times)

2 days on, 1 off

I really want to reach 5.25’ EG. I know it is not good to set goals like that, but I think that would be a great bench mark. Please let me know what I can do more of or less of in order to finally start seeing real results!

You’re still a beginner. Gains take time. If everyone got gains in 2 months every guy would be doing it. Give yourself time.

Also, how are your PI’s? I’d take a look at this thread if you haven’t already: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!


Pre-PE: BPEL - 5.75", EG - Unknown

6/3/17: FSL - 6.6" 6/12/17: BPEL - 6.4" EG - 5.2" BPFL - 4.9"

Goal: 7" x 5.5"

Just read up on the PI’s. I have only had discoloration once, and since then have stopped jelqing as hard, and have used more lube. I have not had any negative PI’s besides that. The only positive PI is a noticeable growth in flaccid hang. So does this mean I am not training hard enough? Should I increase in pressure or time?

Are you in a rush? Most guys don’t see any gains for 6 months.

I am only concerned because I saw in many threads on this site that many people saw some results around 2 or 3 months, and I haven’t really seen any at all.

You grew few millimeters, it is working. Don’t expect flashy big numbers because they will most likely be temporary.

Give it time, just don’t quit and do PE for years and you will see results.

Well, the first thing that I thought after reading the headline post, that you should enlarge Jelqing time over Stretching. If you are so happy about your length, then do mostly trainings for girth!)

I think it is a key here, as you do both trainings how you described, but they affect penis in different states and aimed for different gains. So, in order to improve girth gain - cut stretching.

I envy your length. This takes time man. You should be concerned if a year has passed with no gains. The name of the game is expansion. Create expansion in the tissues ‘regular super boners’ demanding more volume of your dick. Through whatever you have available… Squeezes, pumping clamping, jelqing…and over time….OVER TIME LIKE 2/3 YEARS… your dick will grow to accommodate.

I thought stretching was more of a precautionary safety measure, as well as a lengthening technique. I was doing it more for the sake of getting warmed up than anything. What amount of jelqing would you suggest? (open question to anyone)

Well, I wonder, as I use warming up gel from sex-shop, which is classified as the one for “Pen-building”. So, my warm up is quick to start.

In terms of jelqing as a part of training - I would say reach 15-20 minutes. But more importantly, you should really feel, that tension rises and penis takes more blood as days pass.
