Hey great site! I got some questions.
1. I was reading the exercise description from that one sticky in this section. It said on the basic stretch you should pull your foreskin back before the stretch (uncircumcised). Wouldn’t this make it so that when you start the stretch and pull out, you just end up pulling the skin back out? I’ve been doing the stretch by doing the opposite, pulling my skin out as much as I can before I grip so that I can avoid just pulling my skin back out. Am I misunderstanding something?

2. While jelqing, After each three second jelq, I stop for like 1-3 sec to adjust the grip on my other hand. Is this okay or does it have to be continuous? Is it important to switch off from left hand to right?

If you stretch the skin outwards, grab and pull even more then you wind up having long foreskin after a while. Maybe that’s the look you want? Your skin will stretch a little anyway over time. If you want to keep it the way it is today, pull back foreskin, grab unit “through” the skin and pull. You should grab onto to the inner structures foremost.

Beats the heck out of me, there seems to be mixed opinions on the continous part. I use one hand until I tire and then shift - I figure regripping is a bother. Switching from left-right is important in so far that if you use one hand exclusively you’ll encourage a bend in one direction. Shift hands to keep a straight unit.

1. The way you are doing it would possibly just increase your foreskin length, but I’m not 100% sure, wait for more replies.

2. Everyone has different opinions on this, personally I do continuous about 80% of the time. Experiment, see what works for you.

Are you doing wet jelqs or dry jelqs? If you do wet jelqs, it is most effective (not required) if you keep a continuous stroke cycle going. While you are doing a jelq stroke with one hand be getting the other situated at the base to follow as soon as that stroke has finished. If you do dry jelqs it is necessary to have a second or two in between strokes to get the skin and the grip resituated. I do like mgus and use one hand for a bit then switch to the other.

2) This really depends on time. I do not stop for 1-3 seconds because that 1-3 seconds adds up to 5-10 minutes of time.
What I mean is, if you do 100 jelqs. The 100 jelqs will take you 6 seconds per jelq (3 seconds for the jelq, and 3 seconds for the break). That would be 600 seconds, or 10 minutes. If you do 100 jelqs without a break, it will take you 5 minutes.

Personally, I value time, so I suggest not taking a break.
