Okay, first question, is hanging the only way to get base girth? I have seen gains in girth come to the middle and top of my penis, but the base is giving me a basebat effect, grrrr, lol. Any other ways? I can’t really do horses because the head of my penis is too sensitive to run my “ok” over it like that, anyone got any tips for me?

And also, how exactly do you do fowfers? because I seem to be squashing my balls when I do this, anyway to avoid this??

You know.. that “baseball bat effect” is apparently more enjoyable for women than a “tree trunk”. But anyway.. hanging will improve your base girth. You can do Horse’s with your top hand nearer the base too..

As for fowfers.. this is how I do mine. Say I’m tucking my dick under my right leg.. I take my right hand under my right leg and grab my cock from there. Then pull my balls out the way with my left hand, push my right leg down and let go with my hand at the last moment.

I actually have the reverse issue. I had a baseball bat shape and lost it because of my routine.

The two ways I have increase base girth was hanging and erect bends. I know that many guys on this forum are against erect bends, but for the 1st month I’ve been back to PE I was doing them at the base. I gained 1/4” in base girth in the 1st month. (from 5 7/8” to 6 1/8”)

If you do the erect bends be very careful. Bend slowly until you feel a good stretch in the tunic(if you feel pain then you are stretching too far and back off a bit) then hold the steady pressure for 20-60seconds, then release slowly. Do this for the left side, right side, top and bottom. Do a few sets of the 4 stretches.

I get fully erect and then let it die down. I get the best stretch this way.

MORE DETAIL:
I get fully erect, then I hold the base with one hand and gently bend. When I feel a nice stretch in the tunica I hold it there for 20-60seconds. My erection will usually begin to subside 20-30second into the bend. This alows me to bend it more as it gets more pliable. At that point I squeeze the base to trap the blood in my shaft or else I become to soft to keep the bend productive.

Does that all make sense?
