Well I stumbled on this site sunday 2 weeks ago and using a mod of the newb rountine my gains have been good

Before: 6” nbp, 4.8” mid-shaft girth, 5.4” at base
Now: 6.25” nbp 4.9 mid-shaft girth, 5.5” at base

This forum is very helpful and ill be posting alot more with the gains I’m seeing

I echo everyone’s welcome to the Thunders. But you should plan on your PE to be “long” term (pun intended). Take your time with it to prevent injuries and don’t be disappointed if you don’t see anymore gains for awhile. Follow the guidelines here at thunders for newbies and you will be a happy camper.

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)
