200 Jelqing strokes

It says 10mins Jelqing - 3 seconds of 200 Jelqing. When I did it it was only about 140 in 10 mins. If I do less than 200 does my gain gets slow? I honestly think keeping 3 seconds is hard. Sometimes it’s 4-5 seconds.

If your dick can take more then do more. I do 600 jelqs and don’t care how long it takes as long as it gets done.

I’ts kind of hard to count the number of strokes and the time at the same time.

Counting gets old very quickly. My advice is to time your self doing 200 jelqs then next time you can watch tv or something until the time is up. Try to make your PE enjoyable.

THe problem is I live with my family. I’m not too free like you guys you know? I do not have a lock on my door so I tell everyone “DO NOT COME IN FOR AN HOUR!” I tell them my doctor told me to do some important exercise lol!
