kegeling between jelqing strokes?

Hi everyone.

I just went back to the tutorial videos and learned that we are supposed to hold a kegel between strokes?

I just want to confirm on this. I sometimes do it, but sometimes I don’t. What do you experience? Is it critical that I have to kegel between strokes to get the best result? Thank you!

I do it when I remember and I’ve been just fine!!

So obviously it isnt that important! I also do random keagles throughout the day! All it really does it promote blood flow and strenghten you pelvic floor muscles!

Kegels are good because it pushes more fresh blood into the penis.

I usually try and do a kegel before each stroke. So, as one hand is finishing up the stroke and is in the process of releasing at the top of the penis, just before I clamp down with the other hand I do a kegel to get a little extra blood flowing through the CC’s before I force it through.

Whether you do or don’t is entirely up to you but I would recommend doing them.
