3 month mark- need help

Hey guys,

It’s been a while. I started PEing in December 2007, and.no gains so far.

My routine for
December 2007: 1 on/1 off with 200 wet jelqs, 5 mins of stretching (all 5 directions).
January 2008: Read that I was doing too much, so I went to 3 days a week. 125 jelqs with 7.5 minutes of stretching (all 5 directions).
February 2008: Increased intensity a little bit, still 3 days a week with 160 jelqs and 7.5 minutes of stretching (all 5 directions).

I always did a 5 minute warm up and 5-10 minute warm down.

Some thoughts: I think I haven’t put enough intensity into my routines. I’ve been consistent but my newbie routine is much less in terms of intensity compared to the one on this site. I’ve read Sparky’s PI threads and I havent had any negative or Positive PIs. My erections are still 100% hard and I’ve never gotten morning/night wood before PE or during PE (unless I had to use the bathroom in the morning).

So my next move: follow the newbie PE routine on this site.

My penis doesnt feel any different after my current PE sessions, just a little tired. So I think increasing the stimulus will help me gain.

I think you are conditioned enough to increase your workload a little bit more. Try 200 jelqs with 10-15 minutes of stretching and increase your intensity a bit more. Since you haven’t experienced any negative PI’s with 7.5 minutes and when you slightly increased the intensity, it should be fine if you do it.

Okay, I also have a question about jelqing.

On the guide, it says to stroke forward with one hard until you hit the glands. Then, start the next stroke with your other hand while your first hand is still behind the glands.

When you start the next stroke, should you loosen the grip on the first hand? I’ve tried to keep the same amount of pressure when starting a new jelq, but I feel that there is an immense amount of pressure at the head then.

Anyone have any ideas?

And also, I’ve been reading about the LOT theory. It seems that I have a very low LOT, close to 6 o’clock. According to the guide, I should ignore stretching the ligaments and focus on the tunica. Does this mean change my stretching routine entirely into stretching straight up, up to the right, and up to the left?

If you feel pain or soreness anywhere along the penis, just let go of that grip slightly and try. If it keeps hurting, jelq without that grip at the glans for a few weeks then try it with a grip later as you get more conditioned.

The LOT theory is just as the name states- a theory. It hasn’t been proved to be correct or accurate so just ignore that for the time being and just continue with your jelqing and stretches for now.
