3 months no gains
I’ve been doing this routine for three months without gains:
2 cycles of 60 sec stretches left, right, down, up, out
3 3-5-3 JAI stretches
20 minutes of jelqing with 70 percent erection
10 minutes of edging
I rarely wake up with morning wood, but my flaccid seems much longer than when I started
So what am I doing wrong? Any input would be great, thank you
