3 months of hanging - lost length

I have been hanging approximately for 3 months and I haven gained anything, actually I think I lost 1 cm of length. I try to get 5-7 hours per week. Hanging mostly in the 0,5-1 kg range.

After the very first session I felt great, it was definitely working. Also about 2 weeks ago, I had great libido and EQ and all my hanging sessions were great because I could see my penis really really elongated and it just felt like I was making progress. But the last 2 weeks my libido and EQ were not that good and that I can see also during hanging. My penis simply doesnt stretch so much as before, after each set its shrinking. Also now, like 2 hours after hanging, it is shrinked, without blood, a bit cold, like without life. Yes, it is sometimes also in a good state but most of the time this is how it has been for the last 2 weeks. I don’t have a nice flaccid hang whatsoever and my erect penis also seems a bit shorter.. And it is after I measured.

I started hanging because I read all these stories of people gaining several inches from it. I didnt want to lose length.
What have I been doing wrong? I really want to gain a lot of length and this is quite demotivating for me.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

You wanted to hang but you didn t care to learn WHAT PENIS HANGING IS.
The hanging is a PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD method.
EVEN if u are hanging with 0,5-1kg for 100 years you ll see no gains with it.
The 0,5 to 1kh is a perfect starting weight….
You should increase the weight by 250-500grams every week.

Now as far as the turtling and lost length…. HOW MANY rest days per week are u taking and what kind of hanger do u use and explain exactly your daily routine?

I am hanging 5 days per week (Monday til Friday) and then weekend is for rest (because I have no privacy.. I usually do just some manual stretches before bed).
My goal is always to do 5 sets of 20 minutes each. But sometimes (because of lack of privacy) I do just 2 sets or 3 or 4. It depends on the day, but my goal is always to do 5 sets and I do that always when I can.
I started with 0,25 kg in my first ever session and my top weight was 0,5 kg. I felt it was enough because the 0,5 kg almost ripped my penis off. But I gradually progressed with the weight.
For example, yesterday I did this:
1.set: 0,5 kg 20 minutes
2.set: 0,75 kg 20 minutes
3.set: 1 kg 20 minutes

The reason I didn’t push for so much weight is that I read a lot about hanging and a lot of people say that it is very important to stay with lighter weights for as long as possible (as long as they provide good tension), because once you put on heavier and heavier weights, your penis just gets stronger and stronger but not neccesarily bigger. I also read that lighter weights for longer time under tension is better than heavier weights.
But I really don’t know what is true or not. I am still pretty new to hanging. I just wanna gain as much length as humanly possible during the next couple of months.

I’m, not a hanger so I’m sure some of the other guys could shed a better light on this than I can but this honestly sounds like a classic symptom of overtraining, which is something seen across every method out there. I pump and its what I know best, but If I were to read this and imagine a guy whos only been pumping for 12 weeks and started out the gate at 5days on 2days off for 12 straight weeks and then experienced EQ loss AFTER seeing positive PI and EQ only 2 weeks prior… I would tell him to lay off for a bit. Take 3 days to a week to rest up. If EQ and PI start to come back then move into a less frequent routine for a while like 2on/1off to avoid overtraining for a while.

Again maybe some vets in the hanging game can provide more for you here, but again this just reads like a classic case of overtraining which is such a common problem seen across every forum for every method out there.

Your correct in not wanting to strengthen your penis but 1kg for most is not going to cut it unless your doing multiple hours a day.

I would go by the classic 10 hours per week recommendation and gradually up the weight by 0.25kg or less per week but making sure everything is still comfortable and when you reach a good weight that your feeling try and up time rather than weight. Possibly Look into fulcrum hanging were less weight is needed and use plenty of heat.

Another thing is thinking your going to gain allot in a couple of months the reality is probably not, you should look at the next few months as perfecting your hanging and letting the tissue get adjusted then going up in weight or more time will be easier. You could see no gains for months then all of a sudden boom half an inch appears. Good luck.

Your mindset about procceding CAREFULLY with hanging is absolutely correct/
BUT you have not understood what are the intensities that are involved into a safe and slow and steady approach when we speak about hanging.

The 0,5-1kg is a very productive weight for EXTENDING with an extender for 3-9 hours per day.
Hanging with just that weight for 1 - 1,5 hours/day will only improve Pis… it can t give erect length gain that u want.

The safe-effective approach of hanging is to add every week 250grams of weight.
After every week of using the same weight your dick will no longer feel any tension with the same weight…

You also need to have a hanger that is as safer-comly as possible… cause 1kg is nothing… but when you reach the 3 kgs then the hanger should be very tight in order not to slip to your glans and create an injury.

As I said in the preveus post read the “hanging 101” thread in here.

Now if you wish to continue with the 1kg then am sorry but you need a lot of more time under tension in order to create growth.

Most hangers start seeing gains after the 4kg mark by doing 1-2h of hanging daily

Now in my opinion the reduction in EQ and length that you have is not possible to have happened from YOUR way of hanging because you are hanging very little weight and you are also taking 2 rest days … so this can not create an overtraining environment.

Yeah, I don’t know enough about hanging to assert that, it’s more the PI that would lead me to assume so. Going from wonderful EQ and positive PI’s to shrinkage, poor EQ and cold flaccids (ie. lack of blood flow) are typically indicators of overtraining. It sounds like a lot of the other members here think he’s actually not doing enough, especially in terms of weight. I wonder if it’s actually a case of his member becoming conditioned to the routine and without progressively adding weight he’s no longer providing a decent stretch or engagement any longer. Which could theoretically have the same side effects.

The same thinking popped in my head. that he no longer have the benefits of good Pis cause his dick is conditioned to this weight and its no longer being stimulated in order to continue having the same good Pis.

Also the increasing the weight inevery set is the exact opposite of what hangers are recommending.
You should start the session with the max weight that you are at and when the fatigue is hitting you are reducing the weight be little in order to ride the fatigue and complete the 20 mins set.

You said that you read a lot about hanging but apparently you have not.
All the correct info that you need is in the hanging 101 thread (its the 3d time im telling you this) so go there and read everything.then you will understand all the mistakes you are doing and you will correct them.

Now let me tell you my experience with hanging.
I did hanging in the past for 2 months.
I started at 0,5kg and slowly and safely went up to 2kg by doing 3 to 4 sets of 20 mins 5 to 6 days per week.
ALL of this time I had an elephant flaccid (my original flaccid was always small and turtled) and my EQ and libido was so high that it was making me crazy(in a good way).
Guess what happened? I had zero erect length gain. All the gains I had was a lot longer and thicker flaccid and a thicker erect dick.
I could not continue upping the weight because I did not had a proper hanger that could hold more than 2kgs. The more weight was causing the attachment to be slipping on my glans and this was dangerous so I went into extending.

What i am trying to tell you is that most hangers start seeng erect length gains at the 4kg mark that I didn t reach because I didn t had a hanger that could hold more weight.

Hi, well I’m honest I haven’t apply hanging since I started with P.E.

But, also I can see that the only that you need is to add girth exercises with a lot of kegels to make your pennies grow correctly, hanging will work but don’t forget pennies grow as one,

Well at that time I had an extender so I continued my PE with it and gained some length.

Right now I started hanging again and my pis are boosting again.
