Even very lower pressures are giving me red spots. Should i stop pumping altogether? I don’t know what to do. Pumping seems too valuable a PE tool to throw out.

You’re even more prone to petechiae than I am!

Some guys have had luck by using a condom when pumping. Others have used a "toe cap" or "glans cap". And a few have reported good results using paint-on "liquid bandage."

When I re-started pumping a few years ago I had to drop down to 2" or even 1-1/2"Hg. As months passed, I was able to increase it a bit at a time. I can handle 6" now, but I decided to stay with 5" and a longer pump time.

No. Does water pumping mitigate petechiae?

It could. Or try 2 min intervals to see if that makes a difference. If 2 mins (or 90 sec or 60sec) is successfull, keep on that schedule for several days to allow your penis time to get used to it. Then add 30 sec and see if you can handle it. Rinse, repeat.

Alright, thanks. I tried -2.5 for 3 min sessions and no petechiae so im gonna stick to this for awhile and slowly try to up the pressure.

What pump are you using? For water pumping you don’t need a bathmate, when I say water pump it is using the pump with gauge you already have but with water. I can’t find the post on how my process is but you can find it in my posts. It wouldn’t hurt and would possibly help.

I’m doing a 10min set at 14hg and no spots.

When you say red spots, is it during pumping but very tiny ones like pin needles? As long as they do not grow into anything, this is normal. Read other forums on it, I think having a few of them is normal, I think I get around 7-10 of them. What is -3 in Hg?

Petechiae may be common but are not normal. They are a clear indication you are overdoing the exercise and should back off intensity, duration or both.

I had an interesting discovery recently. I use a hydromax often. But I started to get the under the skin blood blisters too. Slowly my penis skin was turning purple. So I stopped and decided to take a break. After a little time (probably not enough) I tried to resume and they came back. I got a NIR and red light therapy pad recently and decided to try that. It was just coincidence about the blood blisters, but I was gonna have sex and wanted to see if I could do maybe do 6 minutes only to get a slight girth increase, but I didn’t want to take a shower, I wrapped the light around it and used it (with warm water from the sink) and did 7 minutes while I brushed my teeth and shaved.

Afterwards, I took it off and no increased blood blisters. I shrugged it off as maybe the short time, or the lower pressures. But then I tried it again. Not really for the prevention of the spots, just a quick pump before sex. Same thing. I’m still holding off on using it as much as I used to, letting my penis heal. But maybe use it 2 times a week.

So today I decided to get a good pump because I knew I was gonna have sex soon. I had some privacy so I actually water pumped on my bed while watching a movie. I had a towel down and I put it on in the bathroom. No issues with leaks. I covered it with the light. This time the thought of the spots and the light being related crossed my mind. So I let it go for 20 minutes. Checked, no additional blisters. Went another 15 minutes and checked and no blisters still. I never go more then 20 minutes in one day, but I was able to do it with the NIR light with no issues. Also, I didn’t get that soggy plump increase from excessive water retention. The result was less girth, but a better quality girth increase instead. As well as no spots.

I’m still trying to take a break to let the spots that are there from before heal. They are definitely a lot lighter now since backing off. I kinda want to see if anyone else has tried this or can try it and see if it works for them too?
