Hey guys, 3 weeks into the newbie routine and here’s what I have noticed:

1) Improved flaccid hang most of the time.

Not always. I still get turtling and I still have my little dick days - but for the most part, my flaccid hang is typically bigger - only a little bit, but enough for a confidence boost. I’ve been walking around the house naked a little more, and my girlfriend loves it.

2) No improvement in morning wood - I’m getting maybe a 70% boner some mornings, other mornings I just have - and I’ll quote my girlfriend on this one - a spectacular hang.

3) A general feeling of my dick being full, heavier, plumper. Again, not all the time but often.

4) I really don’t like stretching, but I really do like jelqing.

5) My girlfriend has initiated sex every day this past week, and has been saying “oooh” a lot more during penetration. She has also lavished more praise than usual on my cock. We were sitting last night watching TV and I just decided to whip it out. She immediately said “Baby you really have a beautiful dick”. Ejaculation doesn’t seem at all conducive to keeping my snake swollen. This must harm growth, then, right?

8) Very concerned about discolouration from PE. Nothing yet, but my girl commenting on loving how my dick looks has me pretty worried about changing anything other than the size of it! Any tips to minimise or avoid this, or is it simply an unavoidable negative effect of PE?

So similar to my experience, though I’ve been at it a couple of months now, with about a two- or three-week break to decon in early July. But my morning wood is larger, harder, and more frequent than before I began PE.

It seems to me the general massage I’ve been doing to my suspensory ligament and to the perineum area have contributed to allowing more of the inner penis to hang outside.

Regarding masturbation, I find edging without ejaculation at the end also has a big (pun-intended) effect on the hang and overall appearance of my unit.

When I was pumping with the BathMate, early on, before I found Thunder’s Place, my dick was a little more reddish in color, and some of that has remained. I don’t want to promote that effect, but if it’s inevitable, I can live with it.

A thrilling surprise happened a couple of days ago, when, for the first time in my life, a couple of veins showed up and even stood out from the skin surface of my unit a bit. The best I’ve ever had before was being able to see a small bluish vein or two under the skin at maximum erection. For some reason, I hadn’t thought of or expected any veins to show up until I had been doing PE a long time.

Possibly a contributing factor in my EQ is the addition of ginger root and cayenne supplements in capsule form, which I learned about from this thread: From soft erection to Rock and hard EQ hidden secret (p. 12). I have not added yohimbine, but may try it in the future.

Having expected PE to be a long-term project, it has been fun to discover some early gains, even if they are temporary. The fact they are mostly flaccid gains makes them a confidence booster for me, as sex with an erection isn’t as embarrassing as having a partner see my previously tiny flaccid unit before or after sex.

Coincidentally, or maybe not, after being celibate for many years, I’ve been recently hit on by several people, most notably from a guy about my age, a woman a little younger and a 20-something man. Also I’ve heard low erection jelqs are for length and high erection levels are for girth. But be warned the higher the erection the more prone to injury. I’m not saying you can’t jelq around 60-70% but higher than that you need to be more delicate. This high erection levels should also be done after have done a few months of PE too. So your unit can be more conditioned

For the color of my unit, I’ve noticed it changes color if I pump and I don’t like it so I don’t pump as much

But a small long as you don’t overtrain, I don’t think your unit should change in color (that’s noticeable maybe a small change!)

No problem here, you’re sharing your experiences which are actually somewhat similar to mine. I’m right with ya on the flaccid shame, can’t wait till that’s no longer a concern of mine. It’s improving, and so is my confidence.

I will definitely have to try the ginger/cayenne and see if it has an effect. I had tried L-Arginine capsules, but couldn’t settle on a satisfactory dose and ended up just skipping it. In the past, watermelon and pistachio nuts have had a positive effect on my EQ, but I just KNOW there has to be a supplement or combination of supplements which can supercharge my boxers. Trial and error, I guess!

As for edging - I will certainly give it a shot. My unit has remained enlarged for hours today after my session, and I’m absolutely delighted. I may or may not have sent my girl some very risqué photos.

The best things about all of this? I’m beginning to love the dick I used to previously despise.

Just tried cayenne and ground ginger-quarter teaspoon of each in warm water. I took only two small sips and I do NOT feel well. Hard to describe. A bit shaky and weird feelings in my chest and left arm. Probably didn’t help that I had already taken a L Arginine supplement about 3 hours prior. Don’t think I’ll be pursuing this one.
