The turtle wins in PE. You might want to look at RB’s routine also; he breaks up his stretching routine into several (I think 8 to 10) 5 minutes sessions during the day; this concept has definitely taken my routine into another level. I like you’re attitude; you’re definitely not alone.

I too am a 4-incher when it comes to NBPEL and EG. NBPEL is about 4.75, EG at midshaft is just a little bit more. Good to know there’s some other smaller guys around, I find it motivating to hear success stories of other people around my size.

Ok, measured today. Well, seems like I actually am 4.75 BPEL now. My new goal is 5.00 BPEL and the 4.10 EG and ill be in the 5 inch club soon. I won’t actually say I’m in the 5 inch club until I reach 5.00 NBPEL.

Hi,

I began PE in January, and I have gained something in Flaccid Stretch Length .

I started at 4,3” and gained nothing in girth also because I am very skeptical about the possibility for me to gain in girth.
I think I have a psychological block about having a fat dick.

Which is your routine for girth?

Some people just get to me. PE’ing is simply to better yourself. If you start out at 4 inches and end at 5 inches then hell, you’ve done something.

Mark, Everyone can gain it is just the matter of how long does it take certain people to do so. And workouts are the same, they very from one person to the next. I do 350 semi flacid jelqs and only 15 one min. Stretches to the right, left, up and then down and have had good gains so far. I’m currently at 7.25 length and 6.13 girth. I started at 7 length and 6 girth and have been pe’ing about two months now.

I only do jelq for girth. I’m still doing the newbie routine and will stick with that for a while, maybe 6 months. Your girth is only at 3.00 inches?

Thanks having reopened this thread.

I am 50 years old this year and PEing seriously from January.
Only now I notice a mistake in my above stats.

In my late ‘20 I was 6.5” BPEL and 4.33” ( 11 cm ) in girth.
When I started in January I was little more then 6” in BPEL with the same girth and 2.5” flaccid.

I am getting good results, and so I hope within a year to be another middle aged proving the effectiveness of PE.

I’m 4x4 here. Age 20
