I was thinking about the whole BC muscle thing, and how it pulls maybe on the ligs. My lot is a dead 5/6, so I hang and stretch high alot. One day while stretching I did BC contractions and felt the tug alot. I did about 300 BC contractions for 2 sec while stretching a day for a week. I measured today and I have gained a half inch in length erect.

Wow. That’s a lot of contractions. Yeah, there are some that have found good success in kegeling while stretching. I would concur with Ramrod and have you check your LOT again though. Also check your measurement technique. It’s not that I don’t believe you, please don’t take it that way, it’s just that a half inch in a week is unheard of gains. However the technique of which you speak has been documented to work in the past.

I checked my lot again, it’s at a definite 5. I also checked girth, and I have gained .25” around as well.
