.5" gains but in a newb
I was thinking about the whole BC muscle thing, and how it pulls maybe on the ligs. My lot is a dead 5/6, so I hang and stretch high alot. One day while stretching I did BC contractions and felt the tug alot. I did about 300 BC contractions for 2 sec while stretching a day for a week. I measured today and I have gained a half inch in length erect.
