52 or 21?

What is better 5 days on and 2 off or 2 on and 1 off?

Mainly pumping and jelqing.

I like 5/2 but on another forum they said it would be “over training” and said pumping requires 1 on/ 1 off.

Any suggestions?

Everyone is different. I think You should try many combinations to find the right one works well for You in the right moment.

I’d go for 2/1 about jelqing and 5/2 for pumping. Take some rest if You need it.

Do what works for you. Could be 10 on 3 off …

I cant do my max itnensity everyday but do PE everyday in some form..

I do my current pump routine every other day, but your rest schedule depends on the type of routine you are doing as far as amount of force and time. I pump for 30 to 35 minutes straight and reach pressures of 7 to 8”hg by the end of the routine. I need 1 day on and 1 off for my best results with that routine.

You have to find what works best for you and it takes trial and error, but always be willing to change things up in order to find the best result.

I agree with gprent about finding out what works for you. I personally don’t have a set schedule regarding workouts. I go by how I am feeling each day. If I feel it needs a day, I give it one. If I feel I’m good to go, I give it hell. Wash rinse repeat.
